STEP #1 - CONTACT ME
Shoot me an email or give me a call/text, (765) 606-2239, to schedule an appointment. Please disclose the property address so I can circle back with the optimal timing to shoot the property (please see Step #2 for more info).
STEP #2 - REVIEW THE LOCATION OF THE SHOOT
I’ll ask you a few questions about the location of the property to determine the timing of the shoot. I rely solely on available light to shoot the listing/property because this style of photography conveys the true lighting in the home/business. I figure out the timing by looking at the location on Google Maps to figure out the relationship of the house to the placement of the sun depending on the time of day.
STEP #3 - I’LL MEET YOU THERE
I’ll meet you at the location on the scheduled day and time. The first thing I will do is walk through the property so I can assess the light and where I will start the photo shoot. Once the walk through is complete I will work my magic!
STEP # 4 - EDITING
This is the fun part. This is where I get to take what I’ve shot and edit the still or video into a work of art. My goal is to provide you with magazine quality photographs.
STEP #5 DELIVERY
I’ll send you a link to Dropbox or Google Drive where you will be able to download both high and low resolution images. The low resolution version of the photos will be best for MLS and online advertising, while a high resolution version is used for print advertising (newspapers, magazines, flyers, etc).
STEP #6 CLIENT APPROVAL
After reviewing the photographs I will reach out for a final approval prior to sending an invoice. Upon approval an invoice will be sent to your billing address. If you are not satisfied then I am not satisfied. Arrangements will be made to either re-edit the photographs and/or reshoot parts of the property.
